JUST ONE DAY!

So much for a kid free weekend! 9pm DH phones is blowing up, it's BM number he doesnt answer. Then my phone starts blowing up and I get a text from SD14#1 asking if she can come over her moms taking the other SD14#2 to Colorado and she doesnt want to go. Errrr. My 2kids are with their dad and now we have kid duty. REALLY! I am so sick and tired of all the drama literally my immune system is wacked because of all this stress and I got sick. Long story short SD14#2 ran away twice in the last 2months. BM allowed her to date this boy whom she had sex with and now is boy crazy!

TAX TIME

So my DH gets a text from BM just now saying she's claiming both their girls. The girls are 14 and she has never let him claim the girls. In Sept 2012 their court order changed to 50/50. Prior to that in 2005 she had sole physical and legal however it has never mentioned in any court order who can claim them and since there are 2 children in common isnt it fair that each just claim 1. So my question is even though BM had full custody up until Sept last year would it be illegal if my DH claimed 1?
