So it looks like I won't be watching nephew on Fridays. Once mil heard that I offered to watch him she got all butt hurt and said she would watch him on Fridays. Just on Fridays mind you.....not any of the other days she need she needs help with. Whatever, I offered, I didn't my part

Last week my nieces missed two days of school. One day because their dad was tired and wanted to sleep in. And another for who knows why.

This morning dh was dropping the baby with his sitter (he is watching by nieces dads grandma, so same house he lives in currently since he is unemployed) and its now after 8 and the girls are chilling in front of the TV in their PJs. Sil and her baby are also there. He asks ex bil why on earth the girls are home and not in school. Bil's answer? Because it was raining earlier. ?!??!!? Dh was disgusted and said, you do realize that the school has a roof right? And besides its not raining now, there is such a thing as going in late. Bil just shook his head as if that was a ridiculous idea and said no that he wasnt going to take them now and that they could just stay home. Two unemployed parents with two functions being cars and no one could be bothered to get the kids to school. Unbelievable.

I can see their future in my crystal ball....and its not good. Some people really shouldn't be parents.
