Jokes on me and I don't like it

I haven't been on this site in a while wow. I'm 3 months pregnant with my 3rd with the SS's that makes 5 kids. I have been having trouble holding in my gas. I was cooking the other night and SS12 walked in and heard me fart. There is a joke going around my house that whenever anyone farts the boys say " butt butter"!. So he startled me and jumped up behind me and said that. I hate that and told him to knock it off. I can hear everyone in the living room laughing the next day. SS16 tries to hide his cell phone so I snatched it out of his hand.

spitting in my food and bullying my sons it has gone to far.

I noticed that my 4 year old son will hide behind my back or pull me close when SS16 walks past. I took him aside and asked him what was wrong. If you would have looked into the eyes of my little boy you would have wanted to cry. He started crying and I let him know its ok to tell me what's wrong. He told me that he saw SS16 spitting in my cup ( the cup of juice I drank) and SS16 said if he told he would kick him in the nuts and that SS calls him bad words. I assured him no one is going to hurt him. I asked my 6 year old if SS16 had been bullying him he got very shifty but said no.

We had a chat with him about bringing up his grades. He sat there head flopped back kicking the table breathing heavily. We tried to come up with a game plan. restricting video game and television time and hiring a private tutor. His only response was a few grunts and huff breaths. DH dismissed him and his attitude from the table to his room. He still sat at the table kicking it harder. I let him know that his father dismissed him to his room. DH raised his tone and stood up. SS stood up. DH pointed in the direction of the room. I told him we have had enough of the attitude.
