So back in January of 2012 my bf filed with the court to establish a time sharing schedule because bm decided that she was no longer going to allow ss to leave with his father. Ss is diabetic and requires insulin everyday 2X a day. Instead of going before a judge bm decided she would rather settle out of court and signed an agreement in mediation. Now two months later she has called DCF because she thinks that SS is not eating at BD house since his sugar levels have been so well maintained and when he has the ocasional high she says it's because he wasn't given his insulin.
