I was skeptical about how SO and I left things last weekend.
He seemed to understand where I was coming from and like he was on the same page but I didn't know how much I believed it. Well, he totally surprised me on Monday!
SD was at our house on Sunday and then Monday night I get home from work and he tells me that SD called him and asked if she could come over that night. He would normally never ever turn her down. But he said no! He told her he was busy!
Yay!! Insert happy dance here....
I didn't even ask why and he just started talking and going on about how I'm right and it is too much too soon after everything that happened!
He even said he is considering cancelling the camping trip, or will maybe just take her one night instead of 2 to show her that he is serious about the changes she needs to make before she gets to come back in his life regularly.
I am so impressed with him! Things are looking up!
