'After only a few months of paying her measly CS to DH for the bag load of trouble that constitutes SS18, she is now over a month behind plus all those months are lower than they should have been. She does not add the annual increment for inflation and the age.

DH sent her an email to state that she was behind and had still not included the increment.'    

Update to this is that BM paid up (not including the increment so she is still behind as such). But she did not miss the opportunity to put a little of her usual 'I'm gonna scare you' threatening attitude in there. She wrote  'My Lawyer is dealing with the increment'.

Sounds quite innocent but us knowing BM it is not. Mentioning the lawyer is not necessary, a lawyer is not necessary for calculation of the increment. The amount %  in stated in the cs. It's just her opportunity to try and make us worried that her 'oh so wonderful, best in the world, top dog lawyer' is involved. We don't give a monkey's. There is nothing she can do. It's written in the CO. It's a fact, she is supposed to pay that. What's her lawyer going to do? say she shouldn't pay it? take DH to court to try and have it ruled out or her cs scrapped? That's hardly a wise thing to do. No, it's just BM's narc mind games again.

If she wants to consult a lawyer about such a trivial thing and pay his bill then more fool her. I don't think for a second that she has contacted a lawyer about it. It's just word salad. Chopped up and ready for us to consume. She thinks.
