By golly gosh! SD came again. And everyone survived. 

Its been a really busy few weeks. 

1.) my job transitioned to care coordination. If you don’t know what that is-it’s okay. Just imagine something not simple-but doable made 10x more complicated and very very poorly planned. Thanks NYS. You rock. IMHO they made this move wayyyyyy prematurely-they weren’t ready and now we are all up shit creek. Yay. Good thing I’m practically a Shit Creek Tour Guide. 

2.) there was an incident with Drunken Uncle a few weeks ago. Long story short, he and his son-cousin 1 attempted to beat up my Uncle Jackasses’ oldest son-cousin 2. Cousin 2 is 20-showed up at my house upset, homeless, in a huge mess-and when SO and I tried to broker a truce all he’ll broke lose and the police were called. My children beared witness to the hubbub and I am now down about 5 family members-which is cool with me. You want to act like trash, stay out of my life and if you want to try to defend acting like a violent Baffoon in front of children you can go right out with the trash. Drunken Uncle is now in state prison for yet another DWI. Later gator. 

3.) I helped cousin 2 get set up with a job and his own apartment so he is 100% sticking it to our family who said he was nothing but trouble and no good to anyone. Please note these are the same family members trying to send money for commissary to Drunk Uncle who is twice cousin 2’s age. Enable much? I have finally made the decision to distance myself from this side of the family. Once and for all. And I don’t care who likes it. Oddly enough, my mother is 100% with me this time. 

4.) BM1 is on her yearly MOTY kick-but I’m guessing that was just becaue her mother was in town. Too bad her mom didn’t buy it. We should be good for another 4 months. She’s like what I imagine herpes flairs to be. 

5.) SD seems to want to spend more and more time here which is really cool. I’m glad this train is finally picking up some speed. BM2 however-not loving it but I can tell she’s grinning and bearing. Whatever. She’s doesn’t have to love it, she just has to continue to allow it. 

 SO currently has 3 employers fighting over him-which is actually causing him more stress than it should in my opinion. He’s happy where he is. I’d call it Day at that. I started going to counseling for Co-dependency. I need to let people live their lives and face consequences and let SO have some responsibility. I also started an at home yoga practice-which I totally love. 

And well, that’s it for now. Until the next shoe from space comes hurling at us.
