Like sands through the Hour Glass
So anyone actually following my saga, here's some news. SD24 is definitely getting her tubes tied after the baby is born, so at least we can't be in this particular situation again.
A few weeks ago we had a huge problem with SD18 completely ignoring house rules, we told her no boys were to spending the night, but after the second time catching her at this (they tried hiding his vehicle down the street and sneaking in a window) I got to bring down the hammer, told them he was no longer allowed in my house at all and she had to turn over her cell phone that we had been paying for. Well she through a fit and left, not moved out just didn't come around for about a week. Last week she broke up with him because he cheated on her and apparently she also gave him a bunch of money, she has been saving for a car ( not really well ) and he about cleaned her out. Then (oh yeah not done) Monday he hacked her FaceBook account and posted a bunch of pictures of her in her undies, she caught before it was there very long and changed her password.
A split mind on all of this being a step dad, Dad part wants to rip the kids nuts off and stuff them down his throat, Step part- laughing his ass off on how quick Karma can happen, skid lies, disrespects ,takes from us and can be an embarrassment, someone else does it to her...... Priceless.

Since I'm not running for POTUS, I can say that I laughed out loud at this! I wish I could have seen your SD face!!!
Your SD's remind me of Frustr8edStep ?? (or something like that) who had 2 of the worst SD's.... like ever!!! always moving back in with his wife and him, but only after popping out more kids, never had jobs, dated convicts, etc.

Not cool to hack her FB but if she's stupid enough to have him take pictures of her in her undies then I dunno... Hopefully she'll learn her lesson and be a little more cautious next time. He sounds like a total deadbeat loser.

Can't call the law, she deleted the pics and it was done from her own page, whether or not she learns is yet to be seen. I'm of the school of parenting of "Give them enough rope and let them hang themselves", they eventually stop twitching. She's 18 and the ancient summarian translates that as f***tard so hopefully she grows out of it, her sister has yet to at 24 but hopefully she is learning something now that the state got involved in her life, yet to see.

I grew up before the internet and before the proliferation of smartphones with cameras. Thank goodness.
I told DH that I was not worried about photos of me showing up because there were none. I don't think I would have ever agreed to them - but many are taken without consent.
Who's going to refund SD18
Who's going to refund SD18 her money she gave to this guy - I bet ya it will be demanded from you the SF... and she will blame you for loosing the money, or are you just going what the heck - just hand over your car keys out and buy her a new car, like all good step parents should do...
She doesn't know that we know
She doesn't know that we know about her loosing the money, we found that out through her sister. And I refuse to buy her a car, I have been driving the same vehicle for over 20 years if anyone is due a new vehicle it's me.
