Princess went to meet up with Loca Grande on Wednesday for an eye doctor appointment. Once again Loca Grande was flashing money around and put up money for contacts. (Princess's eye sight isn;t that bad... She doesn't even wear her glasses 50% of the time.)

So anyway, Princess comes home late that evening, acting all weird and stressed. Around 11pm, she comes in our room in tears, that she has a big burden, a secret she can't tell anyone but she doesn't know what to do, because it's too big for her to handle...

Loghead demands that she must tell us (17 year old girls can be pretty dramatic, but can also have pretty big secrets...)

Loca Grande spent the whole afternoon crying on Princess's shoulder that her husband, Gullible, has been cheating on her. She just found out and had to tell someone- it's been going on secretly for over a year, and she's just so devastated to learn this...

My first thought was: Seriously? You unload this adult thing on your 17 yo daughter?

And my second thought was: Yeah, Gullible. (OK, I don';t condone cheating, but it's about time that man wise up and realize she was just using him as a paycheck and a roof over her head.)

(And it's a little funny too, that she was seeing Gullible behind Loghead's back during the end of their marriage...)

Sadly, this also help me put things into perspective this week: I know things are bad, but at least my honey hasn't cheated on me...
