So BM wrote a letter to the court asking for more time to get her shit together for the adoption hearing. The hearing was supposed be Feb. 22 but it got pushed back to May 2nd.
She said she was unable to get a lawyer and make it up to our state to be able to attend the hearing.
We started this process in October '11 so she had plenty of time. She just wanted to cause trouble.
The only good thing is that come May it will be 2 full years since she has had contact with SS4 and almost 3 years since she has actually seen him.
