March Break Madness

So we have 50/50 custody of my SD11. Which means for me, one week of relative peace and quiet and one week of arguments, whining, complaining, backtalking, always needing to retrain and monitor and entertain my SD. 

March break is coming and it falls on the week that she is with us..... and I am DREADING IT. 5 days of 24/7 struggling. 
 

Just joined, needed a safe place to vent

So thankful to have found this site! 
Having an 11 year old stepdaughter and being a big part of her life for the past almost 4 years has been DRAINING AND MENTALLY CHALLENGING. I am at my wit's end and feel like I have been suffering in silence.  

I'm painfully aware that she is just a child. But GOOD LORD, if this is what our future will look like with entitled, spoiled, confused, opinionated, uneducated, apathetic kids --- we are all doomed.
