Talked to our lawyer last night. They bumped the court date one more day- but at least it should stay that date. We briefly went over some of the things going on. I told him about SS14's school principal and how she told us that any further questions about SS should go to the school's attorney. Our lawyer said "Are you F'ing kidding me?? Please tell me you have that in writting and have the lawyers contact info?!?" - I told him that I did and I would forward that e-mail. He said "I will handle this BS now." 

He hasn't gotten fired up about our case in a while. It felt good to have him angry with us. 

The date is for the week of Thanksgiving, so at least our trip won't be a pop in and out of town. We are just going to take a week and spend the holdiay's with my in-laws. I figure that I will just focus on that and stay positive that we get to see them all. Everyone is planning on coming to court with us. MIL, both SIL, 2 Aunts, SIL1's in-laws. It will be a good show for DH and SS. He has a ton of family and we are all very close. They are all such good people. 

My ex and his wife wrote letters for us about our ability to co-parent. My parents and sister and brother are writting us letters about how much fun SS has in our state when he visits and how much they enjoy seeing him. How much they miss him too. 

I have a giant binder full of info. All I have left to do that I can think of is get pictures of his trips here printed off. Roughly 4 more weeks until the hearing. I just wish I could press FF and get this over with.
