SO is currently paying BM $2K per month between alimony and cs. Actual figures for CS haven't been determined, this was a "rough estimate" that the judge approved last summer until they could come to an agreement on this and visitation. The agreement never came and we go back to court on the 26th. I messaged our lawyer about ending alimony last week and asked that the CS review and termination of alimony can all be handled in the custody hearing on the 26th. When we talked to the Lawyer over Thanksgiving he said that by his calculations and the new numbers (alimony went from $750/month to $1146 during this aprroved estimate by the judge) he should be done with his payments to her in March and all the "arrears" due to the change caught up. 

Lawyer then asked me to run the calculations and see if I come up with the same numbers as he did. So I did, and what I came up with shows that as of today he still owes $276 for the final alimony payment but that is it!! I messaged him with that and about 20 others items we want addressed in the hearing and waiting for him to get back to me is BRUTAL! 

I have all kinds of things in there to go along with visitation- the made up medical issues (heart condition and EDS), witholding medical informations, refusal to co parent, wanting OFW, no answers on if SS13 can do to big bros graduation, if SS13 will be at our wedding (all taking place in May and June), how in the F is she going to provide for SS if/when alimony stops and CS is reduced to what our calculators show ($650/month), so and and etc. - She doesn't work, she doesn't own a house, she doesn't have shit. She lives with BF.

I just hate the waiting and the fact that I have to email or call instead of walking my butt into his office and going WTF- the same damn charges would apply. I hate lawyers, I hate BM, I hate stupid podunk midwest that let this whole thing get so F'ed up in the 1st place! Ugh... it always seems to feel better to let it out!
