I just have to get this out of my head and I don't feel like talking with anyone IRL about it.

I had a nightmare last night that woke me up with my heart racing and beating really hard. In it, I was in a group of people and a pitbull kept coming at me and latching onto my arm. It never really bit down but I was constantly trying to get away and the owner wouldn't do anything to stop him.

Next thing I know the dog has my mom on the ground and is mauling her to death. I woke up from the dream screaming "SHOOT THE DOG!!" over and over again. For some reason I still feel shaken up about it, even though I know dreams may not really indicate anything in real life.
