We rented a beach apt from a childhood friend of mine...I love him and his family to pieces...but the iglú head of his "quiet and sweet" wife are now becoming oh so aparent now...

Our friend told us we could change whatever we needed and if our furniture ever made it here to let him know and he'd take his stuff out...I was told that she's a clean and organizing freak...I was so excited...and then...

When they finally gave us the contract she included "you cannot move anything, all accessories, furniture, etc must remain in their exact place...". WTF? That is not what we discussed w/my friend at all...sigh...So yes, she might be an organized "freak", but not a clean one! They've had this place over 6yrs and the curtains have NEVER been washed! My kiddo has asthma and we all have allergies! I asked her if I could wash them or how and she basically didn't agree to me doing neither! So I'm not too happy right now...I did spend my money getting new toilet seats as they were filthy! Now I hear about her...

She works partime, doesn't cook ever, obviously doesn't clean, her kids take a bath whenever...skip them if they want, go to bed whenever, and is not the friendliest person around since she's told off a few neighbors here...she's really not all that...but she does go to church! She has someone that does all her family's laundry and someone who cleans...and she's a b%€{ch? Some women have it made! And our friend wants to sell the apt, we considered buying, but she says no way! So he has all these bills to pay, she only works partime as a secretary and wants to keep both the house & apt even though it's her husband who pays 95% of everything and he's losing it because he might lose his business soon? Amazing! Maybe if more of us were like this we'd have a better life...
