OH MY F#$%#$%5ing ...child support AHOLES
Yes, CS was stopped about a month ago or a bit more...so yesterday I get a pit in my stomach, I was feeling so weird...didn't know why. Sure as sh#$%#$%t...the aholes at CS have AGAIN put a witholding order on my husbands check for CS...WHAT THE F#$%#$%ck! We knew he was AHEAD and they claimed that they calculated it all, that he no longer needed to pay...I bet you that BI#$%%ch is now saying that her kid is still in school and needs the CS...I might just fuck#$%$5ing kill someone! This is outrageous! What the hell is wrong with these CS aholes!!! They don't know their heads from their ass!
Anyone been through this crap??? They better not charge him interest because I am going to f#$%5ing lose it! That little bitC@#$ doesn't go to school, doesn't live at home, has two freaking kids and we have to support her ass??? Are you kidding me? Please, please, please, if anyone has gone through this crap of CS stopping withholding and then starting again, PLEASE let me know what we can do. At this point, we have enough to get a lawyer, but I think it is ridiculous that we have to pay a freaking lawyer to get this BS stopped.

We live out of the country and the aholes at the office are worthless when my DH calls. There is only one guy who has been nice giving him ifo, but his case worker, the witch and most of the women there are all in the same boat as loser BM, so they are worthless when he calls.

This doesn't sound right at all. I was just about to post a question today about how to go about making sure child support is stopped as soon as age 18 comes.
I am sure you must have all your documentation in order. I hope you're able to find somebody within the office who you can work with. And make sure they have your documentation.
DH tells me that the state gets "credit" for collecting child support - meaning it looks good when they collect child support and helps get them funds so they can continue to have jobs I suppose. I'm not saying all that correctly but I think the bottom line is protecting their own interests, their jobs, etc., over those of you or the kids.

We are still paying Cs for skid stb 19 , dropped out of school, over a year ago, it is a nightmare.
We, too, live in another country, DH hates rocking the boat, so doesn't fight, well, question, anything concerning skids that deeply. Result is BM lies to CS, yet again, an extra 15 mths of CS for her !!!
DH won't talk too much to skid about jobs, work, responsibilty, he thinks skid will stop talking to him if he " nags " :?

Well, you know, he talked to CS and they told him that he was ahead (which he was) and that they would be crediting him the extra money he had paid, so therefore they would stop the garnishment. Sent him a letter, sent his employer a letter and just stopped. At the time I told DH, "make sure these aholes send you some other documentation...I don't trust them". Of course, he figured they couldn't do a darn thing...well, sure as shit! Today he goes to the mail and he has a NEW witholding order. He is waiting to talk to the aholes, as they are not yet open.
We are going to that state in a few weeks, because I had scheduled a VC for that time JUST IN CASE...we were happy we wouldn't have to deal with it...but here we are now...f#$%$%!
In my state, child support
In my state, child support enforcement is separate from the state. In other words, even though CSE closed the case because we gave them a copy of SD's marriage license, they told us the case stays open as far as the state is concerned until we file for termination of child support. So, we had to file paperwork with the court, have BM served and wait for her to reply or not, and then the state sent us an official letter that CS was terminated. Pain in the ass! CSE told us some people don't bother with the official termination but we were leaving nothing to chance.
We were lucky as a marriage license is hard proof whereas the school thing is a little more difficult to prove. Anyone can enroll and then not go or only go enough to show intention or whatever. Good luck, I feel for you.
I thank God everyday SD got married and blabbed about it (her intention was to not tell us).

That is exactly what I told my DH...he didn't believe me because the AHOLES at the CSE office said there was NOTHING he needed to do! I am freaking livid! I am just ready to kick his a$$ and call that who@#$#e with the crotch dropping and tell her off!
