Happy New Year to all. It's been awhile since I've logged on. At this point I just wanted to say I don't like my stepdaughters at all. They actually make me sick. I'm a Christian and according to Christian belief we are supposed to love right???? Nowhere in the bible does it say that we are supposed to like. I wish them well but there personalities brings out the worse in me. The oldest will be 20 this year so I'm really done with connecting with her.

Im so outdone with SD her BM needs to be more involved

:Stepdaughter is going off to college I've done the best that I could with her. She's done too much and said too much I'm tired. Her BM lives in a different country they speak a different language. But I believe the BM is free as bird because she got rid of the rotten apples. The word on the street is BM and BD my SD never got along anyway BM didn't have any issues when DH got full custody. Well now that SD is getting out of my house and off to college I feel like BM can have a more active role in her life at least call on a regular basis .

I'm so embarrassed by her. Shes on her way to college but my God she dress like a lady of the night. I think every piece of clothing shows some part of body. I'm talking body dresses with cut-outs. I cant stand the sight of her. She.s always asking how does this look how foes that look on like cover up. I believe it's a cry for attention from her Father my DH but it not going to happen she pretty much hates him for. Not being around when she was younger Get Over It. He was providing for you !!! Her makeup looks like a blind mam does it.

OK I have a question and I need honest solid advice. I'm really thinking about starting a social club in my city for stepmoms. My city is huge very diverse with lots to do . I've been here for four years. I don't have any solid friendships partly due to my comfort level. Ppl act really strange when they find out your a step mom like aww were sorry for you lol. I'm just looking to connect and bond with like minds. There's so much to do in the Windy City. !!!

I have a question? Is it possible to love your husband but not like his kids. Its been two years and we have had some OK moments but for the most part I just don't like the ungrateful brats. Can you not like someone but as Christian I am suppose to love them. I'm just not feeling it. Anybody feel the same way?
