Well, LB had court yesterday. Apparently the principal of the alternative school he is attending (because he pushed a teacher) had stopped by and told the clerk that LB had been acting out in school. Also, FH told the judge how LB was acting at home. The judge basically gave LB a good "verbal-lashing." But he has had plenty of those that have not helped. Apparently, this time, this judge was serious. However, LB's public defender did not show up. He sent an associate who is not used to juvenile cases. So, the judge put sentencing off until next month.
