Step parent PTSD is real

I just want to validate anyone on this board who might be experiencing PTSD from their shit SKiDS. I first had a therapist tell me they believed I had it 2 years ago and I thought it seemed too extreme until I realized that whenever my SKIDDs act out it reminds me of the worst experiences of when the awful oldest SD was still living at home and made my life a living hell. She did everything possible to try and drive a wedge between myself and my DH. Even at our wedding she had a scowl on her face which I caught in several pics.

Avoidant passive Husband is the problem

My SD who has moved out and still behaving like an asshole at her moms has completely cut me off after she told the whole world and her counsellor BM that I judged her obese weight when I watched her take an extra Potatoe at dinner a couple of weeks ago. When I tried to stick up for myself and correct her mind reading the asshole who is now 18 ran into her room slammed the door and cried for her BM to come and get her! The SD asshole must have planned her exit because she brought all of the clothes I have bought her over the past couple of years.

Getting to the finish line but lots of drama before we cross!

My SD turned 18 a few days ago. She collected some expensive gifts from her dad and a necklace from me to go with her grad dress. All seemed well until she dumped on her dad that night that she was living with her mom at the start of the summer. The younger SD of course will be bullied by her older sister to choose. Because her BM and the DH don't co parent the SD's have always decided everything in the family which has caused a lot of stress in my life. 

Fathers Day!

Well, I am on a break from the SD's   I get my shot on Friday and am staying away from them to avoid exposure for 14 days.  My DH told me that he forgot to tell me that they are staying for fathers day instead of going home their regular Saturday night. I was annoyed but since he usually puts things in the calendar and he forgot I let it go. This means they are on their own for fathers day. I made the mistake of letting my DH talk me into helping his lazy rude oldest SD17 who never makes him cards or gets him gifts or attempts to do anything nice for him on his birthday or for Christmas.
