My Stepdaughter came to live with us in October. I've been married to her father for almost 5 years been together for 6 year! She would come every other weekend and be the same way wouldn't talk. Her mother is an alcoholic and is an unfit mother. My husband is fight for full custody right now we have temporary custody mom has no visitation until she gets help. I've done everything I can to get her to talk to me. I get the whole Step situation I have a step dad and I know what the drill is. how can I make my husband realize its just not me.
