I know the teenagers will be teenagers but when a 15 year old tells me that she don't have to do anything when it comes to chores, or just doing anything I tell her. She smokes cigarettes, won't go to school, believe she might be on drugs and talks back to all adults in the house. She has a foul mouth and her mother will not do anything about it. My wife lets her daughter do anything and talk to everyone how ever she wants. Any advice would be great.
