I haven't been here for a while because so much has been going on.

My baby DD was born on the 24th. She's beautiful, sweet, and almost not fussy at all. She already almost sleeps through the night; usually there's only one middle of the night hungry.

FDH and I got married, so he's now my DH. He's also a very good daddy to both the baby and DD9. DD9 was feeling a little left out/jealous, so DH took her for a daddy - daughter day. They went on a lantern tour of a cave, on a "wind walker" course, took her to a rock shop and let her buy a horse cut from stone, and took her to the salon to get her hair cut. Basically, stuff they couldn't have done with the baby. Me, my mom, and baby spent that day "shopping," even though we really didn't buy much.

DH is still dealing with the whole contempt of court issue w/ BM; he has an apt. at JAG tomorrow to see if and how they can help him. For the time being, I've kinda had to disengage from the situation; not because of anything DH or SS have done wrong or anything, but just that I feel like right now my attention needs to be focused on the baby (b/c she's a baby) and DD9 (b/c she gets to feeling left out sometimes), and worrying about it causes me a lot of stress.

Also, I'm giving up on looking for work. I think I'd be better off using my VA bennefits to go back to school. I'm thinking of teaching or pharmacy, but I'll probably go teacher b/c
1) I like to teach.
2) Most any time the kids would be out of school, I'd be off of work, too.
