We have a trial date!!

Ok so we finally have a trial date for SO and BM's divorce. Its only taken 7 years to get to this point! I met SO 2 years ago.

So my question, BM's attorney has asked for a criminal back ground check on me. Is she allowed to do this? I don't have anything part from a parking ticket but it feels like a huge invasion of privacy when the divorce between SO and BM, not me!! They separated 5 years before I met SO. What happens if I'm called as a witness in the trial, has anyone got any good advice\tips?

Contemplating moving skids out......

I just wanted to see if anyone else ever felt tempted to kick skids out? I love FDH but having his skids over EOWnd and every Wednesday is so depressing. I'm so so tempted to just tell FDH he needs to move the skids back out of my house and reclaim my life back. I've tried living with them for a year and it's got to the point that my health and job are being impacted. I have a very important year coming up with my job and a fantastic opportunity that I've been waiting years for but I will not be able to take advantage of this is the skids are at my house.

OK, we actually have order....well for now at least!

So we were having a discipline problem with SS9 and SD10. Skids were being rude and arrogant, ignoring me in my own house. I tried being sweet and kind, firm and disciplined, vodka, sweet and kind again and more vodka. FDH spoke to the skids to try to reason with them, that talk ended with him agreeing that I wouldn't ever discipline them again. Great thanks FDH, you've just f&@$ed me over in my own house. So I disengaged, which sort of worked But the skids kept asking where I was and I felt like I was hiding in my own house.

No Contact Order

I've just read some magic words in someone's blog. Can anyone tell me more about a 'No Contact Order?' This could solve so many of our issues if it is what I think it is. BM has maliciously bullied FDH via phone and text for 5 years.

Exchanging Skid Rules

So BM turns up on my doorstep when dropping off the skids last week and is rude to me and demands to see FDH. She's nasty to him in front of the skids and then leaves. This is the first time I've ever been face to face with this PA'ing control obsessed sociopath. I don't ever want her doing this again at MY house so I reported it to the police. They came and were sympathetic but said the best way is to get BM to collect the skids from a nearby public place. So this time she collected the skids from a local gas station that's in a very safe/posh area a mile from my house..
