I've found so much information for tresspassing, harrassment, disruption of visitation, jeez the list just goes on and on, but I cannot find anything regarding doing this sort of thing. We have fought long and hard for her to finally respect the 50 50 physical custody DH was granted on their divorce. (Joint legal is not really respected still but that's a whole new topic) Now she is just showing up at school when it isn't her week and then just sitting there visiting with SS. She has no other reason to be there. She's showing up just to see him. We do our rotations week on week off.
