Bratty's Christmas Card

A Christmas card came in the mail a bit late yesterday from Bratty McBratFace.  SO opened it and placed it where we put the rest of the cards we get.

I saw it later and was confused.  It was a picture of Bratty with Nutter GF and the dog (poor thing - wearing stupid reindeer ears).  They were standing in front of a sign that showed Santa's sled and reindeers, and said 'Sleighin' 17'.  I didn't know what 'Sleighin' 17' meant and asked SO later.  He said he wasn't sure but he thought the title got cut off and it was meant to read 'Sleighin' It'.  AH, ok - that at least makes sense but I'm sure others got the same card with the same reaction.  LOL.

Bratty did address the card to 'Dad and Caninelover' so that was actually nice, even if the card was a little messed up and kinda stupid.  I mean who sends a card with their picture that says 'Sleighin' It'?  WTF?  Most say...like, happy holidays but I guess the narc version is to brag about yourself? 

And she signed the card from 'Bratty, Nutter GF and our dog'. 

So I guess now Bratty has officially adopted the dog?  Poor thing...

I suppose they think it's a clever twist on "Slayin' It"? 

Seems like playing house to me when young people who aren't married or in a long-term relationship do these "family" photos.

Which is why I found it strange she didn't spend Christmas (or Thanksgiving) with Nutter and her family.  She puts out this image that they are in a serious committed relationship but I'm not sure Nutter is on the same page.

Nutter has to feel some way about Bratty because she is doing these photo shoots with her and sending the cards out. 

A Christmas card for them though seems a little premature in the relationship IMO. 

Quick story: My friends sister (who just turned 24) likes to immediately start posting with her boyfriend for the minute when they get together. I told my friend that maybe she should wait after a year of seeing someone because her relationships aren't sticking and the in and out relationships are all over social media.... who am I though haha.

Yes probably too early but who knows.  Maybe they end up married with 10 kids and 5 dogs.  Ha.

I realize Bratty is a nut job but she seems to be trying to have a life.  Go, Bratty!

My GD came over Christmas Eve for an hour with BF and dog.  Long story, its an unconventional situation but she showed up, brought gifts, was trying to do her thing.  As adults, we can see the holes in the tapestry but hey, they are making an effort.

What will happen if Nutter ends things because it's been nice having Bratty's attention elsewhere.  But I suppose we'll cross that bridge if we get there.
