Who Deals With Tantrums From SC

Ok I understand a child having temper tantrums but a 13 WTF. My SS is 13 and throws these fits where I basically have to get physical like I'm fighting a man. I am scared to tell DH because I don't want him to go to jail for hurting the boy. He has been known in the past to get CPS involved so to me he's like a ticking time bomb. I don't know what to do but I'm not going to let him think he can keep swelling up on me.

Let me start this by saying HATE is a strong word that I don't like to use. My 12 yr old SS has been living with me for four yrs now. Let's see it started off on the weekends when BM claimed she didn't have anyone to watch him. When i met DH he use to pick son up from school everyday and keep him until she got off work. Once she found out he was in a relationship it turned to every f'ing chance she got she threw him om DH.

DH what a pain in the ass!

First of all let me say that I hope this is a place where I can vent about DH getting on my nerves as well as SS. We had this huge argument because I went to my cousin's birthday party. Every time I go out he calls me 50 million times and wants to pop up where ever I am. When he leaves the house I could care less about where he is or what he is doing. It was so intense that I told him I wanted a divorce. We argued for about 3 1/2 hrs until I finally needed to go to sleep. I'm not sure if he thought I was joking because he had been drinking but I was dead serious.
