It's been a while since I checked in. Thought I'd give a quick update.

Apparently BM's dad took a motorcycle ride up to see here in the little town that she moved to. It's a little over an hour and a half from here. And VERY Rural. Still no cell service or internet where she lives. Just a house phone that she can't use to call SS because it's a private number. Oh well.

She did manage to text SS a few weeks ago and said she would talk to her dad about getting SS up there for a visit. SS did as usual, one word responses "K".

After her dad went there, he came back and told her stepmom that he will NEVER take SS up there to see her. He "doesn't need to see his mom living that way". Apparently, it is the "worst living conditions" he's ever seen in his life. She is staying in a little travel trailer on someone's property. Meth man is living there with her. And it's "disgusting". DH never would have let her dad take SS up there anyways, mostly because there is no cell service. If SS can't pick up his phone and tell us to come get us if needed, then he isn't going. SS was a little irritate when BM left him a message saying "I heard you made the varsity baseball team and got a dirt bike. That's awesome". He asked me how she knows all of that. I said probably your grandpa buddy. No one has posted anything about it on social media so there is no other way for her to know. He doesn't like her knowing things about him, because she will post it on FB as though he told her.

Other than that, nothing new here. Just pluggin' away at life.
