Vibration test shows left ear is healing. And I started therapy and use the bathroom every 20 min and have only had one accident. I have alarms set on my phone. I broke out on shingles all over my legs and underwear area Sad it's so painful. It's common for this I guess. I havebt crapped since the 14th or 15th. I don't think that's what they mean when they say you have to stop giving a crap. Ugh. I'm taking medication for that. I've lost a lot of weight cause I can't taste anything or smell. It's weird. Or just don't care. I get water all over my neck too and bit my cheek when I eat so I just would rather not. Ugh. (If you havebt followed I had a stroke two weeks ago. From stress. I'm 39. 125 lbs)

The fucking bio mom sent a text after last weekend saying I was mean to stepson. I was in bathroom or bedroom all weekend trying to hide bc I didn't want to scare them with my health issues. When I did come out he asked me for a hug. A hug. A hug. I take it he went back and said he was worried about me and she flipped out cuz she's an insecure freak whore cunt. Ok. Enough of that. Yoga breathing time. Staying calm. Smile

Please take care and don't give BM or skids a second thought, just concentrate on your health.

I have been thinking about you and your situation and I am so glad you are making progress. I cant imagine how scary this situation has been. I will say though, it is time for you to totally disengage from the BM. Why is she allowed to text you or contact you at all? Block her from your life, your health is more important. Please take care!

Bradymom, a close friend of mine went through something similar, she had a stroke that paralysed her down one side and affected speech and general muscle control. I'm a physio and used to go to her home every day to mobilise and massage her arms/hands/legs/feet, she told me later it helped enormously as everything felt weird and sort of tense, sometimes to the point of being painful. It took a while but she's walking again and almost 100%.
Massage may with the bowel issue as well - can anyone do that for you? It's really important to keep everything moving and as flexible as possible while you heal.
