Fuming; skid stole from our son

Skid strikes again...this time she has stolen money from our son. DH's mother gave some cash to Skid, and money for our son. In the moment, she asked skid to keep our bio's money safe for him until we got home. I gave her the chance to be honest, and she wasn't. Later on I asked her to give me bio's money so I could put it in his money box and she blatantly lied and said she didn't have it. DH for some reason didn't see why I was so pissed off "He's only a baby, he doesn't care, we'll just spend the same amount of money on him when we're out or move it into his savings".

Feel like our lives are ruled by SD and BM

Anyone else feel like this? I feel like we can never enjoy time as a family, because SD is here destroying what little family time we have, or DH is lamenting that his daughter isn't here, but at the same time preferring it. I'm sick of us never being able to do anything spontaneous or make plans (unless they're months in advance) because we always find out at the last minute whether brat SD is coming over or not. We've just got a text from BM after being told that the brat isn't coming this weekend, telling us to pick her up from school tomorrow.

Skid ill with another infection

So SD8 is supposed to be coming over this weekend, but BM has just told us she has yet another infection. She didn't come over this weekend just gone because she'd made herself ill with yet another GI bug because she refuses to wash her hands, so I said to DH she can't come over because she'd make the baby sick. He agreed. Now because she never washes her hands and doesn't wash properly in the bath or shower (despite being taught countless times), she's got an infection in her eczema. She picks at it with her filthy hands and then wonders why it gets infected.
