I was given primary custody of my 5 year old grandson on 6-20-10. the judge set a court date to revisit the case. he give myself and the other party very strict orders to follow and not to break any of them. We went back to court on 8-16-10 my grandsons attorney ask for it to be continued Sept 13th this month. He is also asking for involentary dismissal. My attorney said we had to start the whole entire case over for perment custody, and lots more money too. I didn't have it so he signed off 9-3-10 on my case.
