Have been to jail for more than just a traffic ticket that turned into a warrant?

Mine was kept in the cells for drunkenness many years ago and, more recently, arrested for blatant breach of court orders regarding the child of a subsequent relationship, skids' little half-sibling, playing same games but this time got stung. Boy did we laugh

oh good lord:

- check fraud
- writing bad checks
- credit card fraud (over $10k)
- arson
- gas n' go's
- petty theft
- larceny
- drugs

YET... the judge STILL decided to reverse FOC's decision to give custody of the twins to their father. WHY?

Oh because, as the judge says:

"What is a home? A home is where the mother is..."

The father hasn't never even had a traffic ticket.

Go figure.
