BM didn't call SS for his 6th birthday

Yesterday was my SS 6th Birthday and his mom didn't even call him. She calls every tues, thurs, and sat. At the begining of this month we cut her phone time back to sat only, due to a very bad event that happened at Christmas. We never told her that we where cutting her time back so every tue and thur for the past three weeks she has still called and text messaged...except for last night!! And it was his birthday! No call tonight either.

Today my brother called me and told me he met the husband of my husbands EX. The EX's husband came to my brothers work to talk to someone. Apparently he used to work there. So after name swapping my brother put together who he was and the husband told my brother that my DH's EX (his wife) is CRAZY! and that they are getting a divorce. He even had his stuff in a uhual outside. Then when he found out the he was talking to my brother he told him to tell me I was doing a wonderful job with my skids. (His skids too)!! So lets just say that makes me feel great.

ok my DH and I have been together for 3 years and married for 2. I have a 4 yr old daughter. He has two son's 6 and 7 1/2. No kids together...but I am trying to convince him now is the time. DH has custody of the boys. EX has EOW visitations and some holidays. When they divorced she wanted the car and house and he wanted the kids, so he got them. DH and EX where divorced for 2 yrs when I met him. Up until then his EX kept quiet and saw them the bare minimum. I came into the picture and bascially took over as their mother.
