Have yourself a boozy little Christmas
Let your head be light
Hopefully the skids will soon be out of sight

Drink some Cabernet
Mentally, your troubles will be miles away

Joy is sucked from the holidays
Cuz DH spawned with a skank whore
Greedy skids who expect money
Will all come running once more
Through the years we will be stuck together
Try not to mad-cow

Hide a wine bottle among the Christmas tree boughs
And have yourself a boozy little Christmas now!

Drink and repeat!

We have to drive 8 hours to my parent's house and I can't wait to get there and start drinking.

I verified last night that we have LOTS to choose from.

Crown Salted Caramel, Crown Peach, Crown Vanilla, Makers Mark, Woodford Reserve, Patron Silver, Avion Reserva, Amaretto Di Saronno, Kahlua, Bailey's Almond Milk Liqueur, Plymouth gin, Rumple Minze, Cruzan 151 rum...

...to name a few. That doesn't include wines and brandies.

LOVE this, Aniki! You really missed your calling, girl.

I just saw Meet Me In St. Louis on the big screen last week, and can clearly picture Judy Garland singing your version with speaking eyes and trembling lips. Perfection!

Thank you, Exjulie. Once upon a time, I wrote the in-house newsletter for my then-company and also created rhymes for all of the raffles and a variety of invitations (baby, bridal, birthday, etc...).
