I have had enough

so I am doing something about it. I reported B!Tc#2 to the state for state assistance fraud. I am sick of her claiming poverty when she and her BF just bought a house and two new vehicles and go on cruises and buy this and that and in the meantime are petitioning to raise child support. I am not saying the child support isn't warranted, just saying she can't have it both ways. You don't get everything for free just because you want to play the system for all it's worth. I will happily hand over CS knowing she got caught in her little scam and now has to pay the state back for all she claims she can't afford. I am sick of her games and all the drama. I am sick of BM1 withholding visitation, I am sick of XH PAS-ing my kids. It's time for me to put my big girl panties on and fight back.

Sometimes we just have to get to that point.

Let me know how the reporting goes. BM is the same way. I thought I had reported her but seems nothing has changed. I'm not sure I went to the right spot to report

Hope it goes well for you!

Good for you! However, if she is receiving cash assistance for the kids I would be worried, depending on which state you live in.

In my state, if BM had custody of the kids and was getting cash assistance for the kids, then the state could go after my husband for repayment of cash benefits.

My sister was getting cash benefits after she and her first husband split up. He was giving her $200 a month for child support and when the state gave her cash benefits for the child they ordered him to pay an additional $50 a month to go towards paying back the state for cash benefits paid. She felt bad and after she got back on her feet and got a good job she actually paid half of what the state said the noncustodial parent owed to lessen his load, so to speak.

She didnt get cash assistance for very long so he didn't have to pay much, but he still had to reimburse the state for the cash they sent to my sister for the child.

It can be done that way or it can also been done this way: BM gets $200 a month child support, the state takes most of the support for the cash assistance paid to her and pays BM about only $50 of the child support. I have seen it happen both ways. But it depends on the situation and the state you live in I guess.
