There's nothing like the holidays to almost break my nerve with darned skids. I haven't felt the need to vent much lately but with Ss just turning 13 and being the centre of attention like no-one else on earth, I am ready to wring his and SO's necks. I'm as disengaged as I can be, considering skids live with us full time (BM unfortunately passed away some years ago). 
SD15 is maturing into a nice person, fun to be around, normal teen. Such a huge relief there's one skid that is bearable and even pleasant.
