I got married 4 years ago, my husband has two kids from previous relationship(they were never married), everything was good so we decided to have our own kid. His ex used to bother once in a while, you know those messages lying but I didn't listen, she also threatened him with the kids and all that drama. I didn't have any problem with his kids coming to stay at our house whenever their mother let them.
