Court Went Pretty well..

Court went OK today, I suppose. FH came out of the court room, and burst into tears. (Not in front of BM, of course!) Apparently, BM's attorney made him feel like crap for missing out on some of SD's younger years. However, I still feel that it's not his fault. The judge even pointed out to FH that he made some parenting mistakes. BM took off with SD to Florida for a while when she was running from a Felony Drug Trafficking charge. A bounty hunter went and extradited her, and BM's mom kept SD the entire time it was going on. But whatever, they used it against FH.

This is long, sorry!
I keep reading alot about PAS, and I think that BM is getting pretty good at it. Yesterday was the day the courts appointed for FH's weekly visit with SD8. While still busy at work, FH texts BM to "see" if he is going to get SD today. Here is how the convo went:

BM Didn't Pay Her Deposit For GAL!!

This woman, who SD8 calls her mother, had her attorney file a request for a GAL. Of course the judge went for it. At that time (august 10) the judge ruled that FH and BM had to each pay a $750 deposit for the GAL. Well, FH paid, but BM hasn't. The deadline was close of business 9/9/09. BM also had until August 30 to pay over $300 in fines for her last drug possession charge she got in July. She still hasn't paid that off either. But when FH went to pick up SD8 for the weekend he noticed BM had a brand new blackberry and SD8 had a brand new outfit on. (hideous, I might add.

It's our anniversary, FH doesn't remember and SD comes tonight.

Arghhhh. I know I am going to sound selfish and like a bitch but I don't even care anymore. I already know that FH forgot our anniversary, he would have mentioned it this morning before work if he remembered. Plus, as soon as he gets off work he has to pick up SD8 for the weekend. Yay. (can't you feel the sarcasm???) That means we get her again in 2 weeks, which is my birthday. I know BM switches the weekends around on purpose to spoil any chance for me to have a good time. In our 3 years together we have had SD8 for everyone of my birthdays and our anniversary.

BM Told us SD8 Doesn't need the things we bought her!!

Arghhh.BM and SD8 arrived home from their month long vacation late Monday evening. SD8's school started Tuesday morning. Last year, BM kept SD8 home from the first week a school to cure her jet lag. FH and I decided to purchase SD8's school supplies when the list became available so we knew she had them and could start school. We took the supplies, book bag and all to BM's house. The screen door was the only door shut and after my FH stood there knocking on the door for 5 minutes I said forget it, leave it on the porch. Obviously BM's boyfriend didn't want to deal with us. Whatever.

BM wrote FH a letter

BM gave FH a letter, and the opening line is: "You havn't changed since you got busted with your best friends fat girlfriend. I begged you to stay but you swore you didn't love me, whatever." Keep in mind they have been divorced for 6 years, seperated for 8. I will continue with the letter: "I let you off so easily in the divorce I could have taken everything. I won't back down so easy this time. I won't let you beat me!" She is referring to FH taking her to court for full custody. "I thought you were finally stepping up to be a really good dad but its just a game that Molly is playing.

I convinced my fiancee to go for custody, and I totally am starting to regret it!

Back in March my fiance filed to modify the shared parenting arrangement he has with his ex wife. We have been together for 3 years, and his kid is 8 years old now. She still pees her pants, has a UTI constantly, poops herself, lies, had lice for over 6months, steals, and has had more tardies and absences I have ever seen a child have at school, and tells her little friends that she has slept naked with a boy like boyfriend and girlfriend do. I caught her literally molesting my child who is also a girl when my daughter was 3 and she was 6.
