Entry Six: Picky Eater & Always Bored

We've had SS9 for over a week now and it seems like everything we make he doesn't like or it's not what he likes. Even though he liked them a couple weeks ago. We have two bkids 5 & 6 that are really good about trying new things. eating healthy, etc. Mind you they are not always like this, but the rule is we make them try it and most of the time they find they like things. Any suggestions on how not to have to make a different meal for just one child? On top of the fact he is always bored. The kids have a ton of stuff to do.

Entry Five: Bittersweet

Feeling bad for DH today. Normally, this is our first week of summer with SS9. However, since SS9 has school until Wednesday do to all the snow days this year. He has to take him back to psycho BM today! He does get to pick him back up in a week and we will keep him for a week. It just sucks. Plus DH is away from our kids also. He will leave around 4 and not get home until around 8. Our kids are pretty upset, but I told them that we will make his favorite cake when he is gone and surprise him. That made it a little better.

Entry Four: Court

Well, BM is mighty angry! Court didn't go well for her today. They allowed her to call in for the hearing since it was such short notice for the hearing. DH went with all the printed texts, list of issues, & calendars to keep track of everything. The referee had to hear an ear full of insults from BM since she wasn't hearing what she wanted to hear. DH gets to make up his time the last week in June. Which BM said she wasn't giving him SS9 and the referee told her she would be in contempt and would go to jail. So, we'll see what happens.

Entry Three: Hoping For The Best

Long story short DH spent yesterday at FOC. Trying to find out when he can make up the time he will miss since SS9 has to go to school until the 18th. FOC said he would not miss out on any of his time and they were calling her and would get back to him in the day. He showed the supervisor his pages and pages of harassing text that BM has sent just since May 30th. They want them all printed for them them to address. So, he gets a call back from the supervisor asking if he could come into a hearing or call into a hearing at the end of the week. They are addressing these issues.

Entry Two: It Never Ends

Since DH has had to fight for everything from everything from parenting time just getting school & medical information for SS9. Considering she lives over an hour and a half away and has made it so DH can't get any information without her getting it and giving it to him. She informed him just last week that due to snow days SS9 goes to school until the 18th which is half way through our first week of summer. UGH! So, now what? This has never happened before does anyone know what happens?

Trying To Be The Bigger Person

Since DH and I were dating over 8 years ago his ex girlfriend was always crazy insane. We have now been married for almost 8 years. My ss just turned 9 and the craziness hasn't stopped. We have done everything we could to get a long with her, but it pretty much is impossible. It has now come to DH and BM went to court and the only way she can contact him is text and if she wants to change anything she has to petition FOC and they will inform DH and if FOC approves and will enforce it then DH will agree.
