I didn't think I would be back so soon. Here is whats happening: skid is going to leave tonight to see his grandmother out west for three weeks. Stepmom1 made all the arrangements because she has the money and is still very close to the grandmother (her former MIL). This child has never seen spent more than a couple of hours with grandma in his entire life, but at the age of 10-Dad says it time. Cool! I get three weeks=no skid.

Ok, my first real blog. Since I have been a member-I mainly read all of your postings to hang onto my own sanity with a man who is a part of my life. He has full custody of his ten year old son, and they both live with me. The boys mother has virtually not been in his life since he was three. I'm sure part of this boys issues have to do with the abandonment and possibly learning difficulties because BM is a drunk and crack head. So back to Dad, my BF...I found out today that his son has his own facebook page.
