So we found out from our lawyer that BM isn't working where she said she is. We also found out that her and her rapist husband thought it was hilarious that they hid their marriage from everyone and she bragged about it at work. We now have a DHS report that says that her DH has been beating SD11 down and calling her names while BM sits back and lets it happen. The same DH that BM said was no longer around.

Why is it again that we don't have these kids? Does anyone know how to get a judge disbarred? This is insane!

Funny how reporting BM to CPS makes her gain some common sense. SD was over at her house this weekend for a softball party that she wanted to go to. We told SD that she needed to let us know immediately if BM's rapist DH was there. SD text us on Friday night and said that he wasn't there. Saturday we get a text from SD that says her BM told her this weekend that he will not be around anymore and neither will his kids.

So BM's DH has been charged with first degree rape. He's had his first court case and the judge tacked on three additional felony charges after listening to witnesses. Right now, if convicted he's looking at a minimum of 15 yrs. with these additional charges he should get way more. His next court date is tomorrow. We will see what happens. Still haven't been able to get a hold of our lawyer to see how we can move forward with getting the kids out of there. BM's DH is out on bail during the trial and staying with BM.

Well SD is back at it. If you read my blog she's been bad mouthing me and DH to her mom while at our house. DH gets a text from BM this weekending calling him an SOB saying that she can't believe he took SD's Ipod away and that we were trying to keep her from talking to her daughter. She also said that she's so scared for her daughter because she still has 5 weeks with us and SD was so sad. We believe the messages were meant for someone else and she accidentally sent them to DH but she claims she meant to send them.

SOOO LIVID!

I just got a call from DH. He told me that he went through SD11's Ipod this morning. She was up texting her mom until 11 pm last night and called her at 11:30 pm. Apparently she was telling BM how mean DH and I to her and that she wants to come home. When yesterday she was asking DH if he had heard from our lawyer because she really wants to be with us for good!

Tomorrow is the big day! I'm going to drive myself crazy.

Well tomorrow is the day we might find out if we get the SK full time. I'm excited and worried. Excited that they will get a new lease on life if given the opportunity to live with us and worried that I might not be able to handle it.

It just hit me on my way to work this morning that last night could've been the last time BM sees her kids for a while. She of course dropped the kids off in her rapist husband's truck. The husband that she claims she doesn't have and has no contact with. I know he hasn't been convicted but he has confessed to sleeping with a child forced or not, in my eyes that's rape. We have the kids for the next two weeks but BM's DH's court date is Tuesday and we could find out they are staying for good.
