We have been married 4yrs. We live in a rent stabilized apt in a very large city and left for a month or two. Upon arriving home, we realized he had moved in with wife and child and refuses to leave. He doesn't have a job and his wife so far is supporting him. He uses coke regularly and can be violent. He DOES NOT have a lease. When I asked (very nicely) the wife to vacate our home, the son went ballistic and threatened my husband and I..I am not elderley and I don't take 'garbage' from anyone, however, I do believe this insane person will do what he says.
