I am 37 years old and have fought my weight all of my life - right now, I have allowed the past year's stress to conquer me and I'm over 200 pounds again and I had got down to 180 .. my kids are overweight (13 and 9 year old girls). Not badly, just to the point that we're 'watching it' with the kids (and I am on a exercise and nutrition plan). My boyfriend and his 4 kids are skinny, skinny, no matter what they eat. Right now, 3 of his kids won't come to see him - that is from marriage #1 and that's been so stressful and another topic entirely ...
