I have a step son and daughter-in-law who is building a home in our state and come to my new husband and my home when ever to oversee building and stay 2 weeks or more. They come about every six to seven weeks. I love them and want to be gracious but this is getting to much. My husband has been wonderful but enough is enough.
These children are in their late 60's as their late Father was older than I and the stepchildren were all grown and married when he and I got married. I have always had a good relationship with all the kids but we just enjoy our privacy a lot. I am 73 and my husband 76 so we are pretty use to our quite times.. Please give me some advice so I will not offend them.
