The Stink SS16 saga continues. I am now convinced that DH is the biggest freaking idiot on the face of the earth….I don’t know who I want to smack upside the head more at this point.

On top of all the little petty lies…Stink dropped a bomb last week. HE LIED ABOUT TAKING THE PSAT’s.

When Stupid signed up for the test, I asked when they were….I got “IDK”. I just uploaded on him about not being a member of this universe. He just paid the test but didn’t know? I told him it is up to HIM to figure it out.

Two weeks ago at dinner, Stupid starts talking about talking the PSAT’s…in freaking detail.

When shit hit the fan, Stupid confessed to not taking the PSAT’s…I confirmed that with the school.

Stupid told DH he lies all the time, he can’t help it blah, blah,…he needs to do privates with the therapist. . He promised he will not lie to her any more. THEN DH told the brat, he was a CO, there is nothing he can do about it because it runs in his family…..basically he told the kid its ok to lie.

Sunday DH is is all concerned about taking the kid to the movies…he owes one….they haven’t gone…blah, blah. I said to him…the recent behavior isn’t worthy of a reward like a movie ( I think it is really f’ed up that a 16 almost 17 yo, only goes to the movies with his daddy anyway).

You know what DH said??? The kid fessed up to lying; if I punish him I will be punishing him for telling the truth. I was like WTF…..even if you plead guilty in the court of law there is still a freaking punishment. Since the day I met Stink/Stupid, DH has had more excuses on why the kid should get punished. This one takes the cake.

Disengaging is working well. I blast the kid with Rob Zombie or Manson on the way home from school. He sits there with his head down, mouth open, drooling and hands over his ears. If he tries to tell me something about school…I ask is it the truth or another lie you can’t help telling and do I need to verify this one? I wish I had someone I could dump this kid on. I fully understand why BM dumped the kid her and only sees him…when “she has a certain number of days off.” The world would be a better place if stepmonsters had the same privileges as BM’s.
