1st real roadblock... besides BM
It has been amazing how helpful so many people have been in regards to SS and getting all of his records and medical information. Even going to far as to write letter stating that BM refused to let DH have those records and listed him as being specifically forbidden.
Now dealing with the school was easy peasy last year, but this year they have a new principal and she is a B!+ch! I wonder if she is a BM herself with her reactions to my questions. She even said that the doctors we have here in my state don't matter, she would only take medical records from the doctors locally. I reminded her that all of SS's specialist are in another state (They live close to a boarder and the only major city within 3 hours is in the other state). That toned her down a little. Then I also called out SS's standardized test scores and the fact that I have witnessed many times his struggle to read and do basic math facts. How does a 14 year old, 8th grade kid get all A's and B's when he can't read some Dr. Seuss or tell me the sum of 9+7 without fingers?? I probably pushed her button there... oh well. Don't have a shitty school.
She said she is going to find out if they have any doctors notes for anything that BM stated he had medically wrong with him. This should be entertaining... we already have talked to everyone.

Very True. Next time she
Very True. Next time she questions medical records I will be sure to ask MRS. "Smith" where she received her M.D.? In my county you have to have a PHD to be a principal of anything higher than elementry school, but even my daughters elementry school's principal has one.
