Yeah she'd really rather not have any responsibility to do anything other than allow others to think she cares, she doesn't. It's been an unfortunately high volume BM issue week and SO's week just started on Friday lol. It's 30$ that's what she owes for school supplies. She is so pathetic the kids have their first dentist apt this week and they are so excited!(remember 6 and 7 and the 6 y/o has a rotting baby tooth that has screwed up his new grown up tooth) BM refused to take them when she had them on medicaid, they never saw a doc again she had them on medicaid. They by CO have joint but SO is handling all medical she doesn't care the whole last week never gave their son the allergy med the doc prescribed (it OTC) ugh she just infuriates me! I don't get not caring for your kids I can't imagine being so neglectful to mine I can't wrap my head around it.

We have already a stack of documented incidents, refusal to follow the CO, denial of phone time, custody interference etc. SO technically could get CS if he pursues it as the way the CO is worded it sort of gives him primary but it would depend on if the judge agrees with that, however almost right after the CO was signed into order SO lost his job has a 400$ a month income got his GED and now wants to go to college he can't I won't support them and every time he asks me for $ I tell him to ask BM for CS. He might be getting the hint.

He does I agree he wants it but the sad fact is unless she's in jail or agrees his kids would have to be taken by cps for him to get it. We plan to keep documenting and pushing and beating her with the CO.

Our state provides dental for under 18, and extraction/emergency for over 18 so the kids have always had available dental. She lied in court and said they were on her insurance (she and they had medicaid) then the next court date said they had no insurance (I never went to court and SO never slapped her with the proof of medicaid from the hospital when their son was hurt)My kids have medicaid too so I knew already of several local health, optical and dental providers. I just can't understand not using it. I mean I'm glad she doesn't abuse the system and take herself and them every other day, but never? I mean never since their initial pediatric exam it was all local health dpt for shots and the ER for everything else which was rare since she really only cared if they might die! The second SO was able to switch them to a medicaid account under him (yeah for her laywers funny wording making him primary) he made appointments for everything it's taken about a month to get them to a doc, dentist and eye check up. She refused their kids new med because SO should send it with ( we told her it's OTC buy your own it's expensive!)she's now decided that since it's OTC (not covered by medicaid) the doc cannot of prescribed it so we should "stop wasting my time some of us have jobs and have to work!" We didn't open the letter, but thanks I hadn't thought about that we just sat it aside to figure out the next step. He's off to the court house tomorrow to file the contempt/motion to enforce, and find out what to do to get CS.
