Week 1: Challenges and Success

So today I completed week 1 of losing weight. It was tough but I stuck to it and succeeded. For past history read my previous post.

I did 7 days with shakes and water. I have had no food, caffeine or alcohol. I just got back from the Dr.s and I lost 11.5 pounds Smile I had my challenges of course. Cooked meals for DH, survived my son's birthday and passed on a lot of sweets.

What do you do to get BM off your mind?

I posted a few days ago about how I'm obsessed over BM. I received a couple of great idea's but I need more!!!

One idea was every time I thought about BM, I needed to do something for DH, like a sweet text or give him more attention. Another idea was to stop attending skid activities to avoid seeing BM and take the time I would spend at a skid activity and do something just for me, like exercise or go for a walk.

I've blocked BM and the crew from FB. I have to say I'm going crazy wondering if she's pregnant again or just getting fat. }:)

So, What DO you DO with the CRAZY???

DH and I recently went away for a week. In preparation for the trip, I asked DH to make sure the skids could not use the garage code to get into the house. DH assured me that the code had limited access use and that DH used the last one.

So yesterday, skids come into the house using the garage door code. BM had picked them up from school and brought them to our home with their bags and sports equipment for their visit. I went fucking ballistic :jawdrop:
