My stepson's religion class is getting ready to discuss sexuality. It will not be anatomy kind of topics but more along the lines of relationships. Of course they will talk about out of wedlock "relations" , as they called it.
Personally, I think that this is good for my stepson to hear. I don't want him to repeat the mistakes that his parents made. I just wonder what he will think, knowing that his parents were never married, yet he still exists. I think that he may be the only child in his class in this situation. I am wondering how he will feel. I think that my husband better start preparing his talk now in case my stepson has questions.
